The UNCP Baseball team put up a strong fight Wednesday night in their game against the Royals of Queens University, however, were upset in the final innings of the game came up just short of victory at 11-12. The Braves were coming off of a big win Sunday against Francis Marion University, in which they beat the Patriots 23-10. After some really close and nail-biting games in this past month, the UNCP baseball team have managed to muster up a two-game win streak after beating the USC Aiken Pacers in a three-game weekend series 2-1 at Roberto Hernandez Stadium in Aiken, S.C. from March 29-31.

Cobras Managed to Slither Past Braves in Extra Innings
UNC Pembroke Baseball team traveled to Hartsville, SC, on Tuesday to battle the Cobras of Coker University. The Braves racked up a total of nine hits for the day which they turned into five runs against the Cobras, but after three extra innings fell short and were defeated 5-6.
