Baby Blue Walls Offer Studying Students a Sense of Calmness
The remodeled study rooms opened late last October at the Mary Livermore Library. The rooms were restored after a fire burned through most of the study area, but these rooms were scheduled for renovation long before the fire occurred. Library Gets New Cafe With Jazzman’s Closing
Since Jazzman’s is closing soon, the library is opening a new café for students to study and eat. High Hopes for Library Makeover

The library is undertaking an ambitious renovation by building a 2,500 square foot classroom on the main floor to “enhance the student experience,” according to Library Dean Dr. Dennis Swanson. The future classroom will include technology purchased with a $44,000 grant. It will have two marker board glass walls looking out into the library. Dr. Swanson is
